1. Who we are

Velo (“Velo”, “we”, “us”) operates a social media marketing panel that lets you order engagement services — such as followers, views, likes and plays — for public social media profiles and content. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Velo.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Velo. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for added protection. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Balance & payments

Velo runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds via the payment methods we offer (for example M-Pesa or cryptocurrency) and then spend that balance on orders. Prices are shown before you confirm each order and are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Your balance is a store of prepaid value for services on Velo — it is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be used to send money to other people.

4. Orders & delivery

When you place an order, you authorise us to debit your balance and submit the order to our upstream delivery network. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — most orders start quickly, but speed depends on the service and platform conditions. You are responsible for providing a correct, public link or username. We cannot deliver to private, deactivated, or incorrectly entered targets, and orders placed against them are not refundable once started.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Velo to:

• Promote content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• Target accounts or content you do not own or control without permission;
• Violate the terms of any social media platform in a way that exposes Velo or its network to liability;
• Attempt to defraud, chargeback-abuse, or launder funds through the platform;
• Resell or automate access to Velo except through a facility we provide.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order, and suspend or close any account, that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

6. Platform independence

Velo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Spotify, Telegram, or any other platform. All product names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services they relate to. Social platforms change their rules and systems without notice; we are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account.

7. Refills, cancellations & refunds

Eligible orders carry a refill guarantee, and you may cancel or request a review of an order under the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Refill Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Velo available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and change pricing, for operational reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

Velo is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of followers, engagement, revenue, or platform standing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Velo for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of Velo after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
